Exhibit Management

Metrics driven exhibitions
Project Overview: Driving Results Through Strategic Exhibit Management
With experience managing exhibit spaces ranging from compact 10’x10’ booths to expansive 30’x30’ footprints, I bring a data-driven approach to event planning that balances creativity with measurable impact.

Most recently, I led the strategy and execution of a 20’x30’ exhibit for a major biotech industry event. The goal: to showcase a diverse portfolio of instrumentation while elevating brand visibility and generating qualified sales leads.

This project required close coordination across multiple internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure seamless integration of technical equipment, messaging, and visual design. The result was an exhibit space that not only reflected our brand’s innovation but also delivered strong performance metrics—boosting brand awareness and enabling our world-class sales team to capture valuable leads.

My Contributions
I led the end-to-end coordination and execution of the exhibit, overseeing all aspects from strategic planning to onsite management. Key responsibilities included:

-Aligning cross-functionally with 10+ internal stakeholders, including Product Marketing, Sales, and executive leadership

-Managing relationships with five third-party vendors to bring the exhibit design, logistics, and technical components to life

-Overseeing onsite operations and staff coordination for a team of 20+ during the event

Our planning process was anchored in data—comparing against historical metrics and past performance to inform our strategy. By identifying and expanding on the most effective tactics from previous years, we successfully elevated our booth presence, increased meaningful conversations, and maximized lead generation.
