Project Overview: Engaging Audiences Through Strategic Speaker Sessions
Hosted sessions are a key driver of our success at trade shows and events, offering a platform to connect directly with both current and prospective customers. In a recent highlight, I led the planning and execution of a high-impact workshop at one of our flagship industry trade shows.

The session was designed to showcase our product capabilities while delivering valuable insights to our audience. To ensure the content was both credible and compelling, we selected a knowledgeable speaker whose expertise resonated strongly with attendees and aligned seamlessly with our messaging.

Building on strategies that had proven effective in previous years, we implemented targeted promotional efforts to maximize attendance. The result was a well-attended, high-value session that strengthened brand trust, deepened customer engagement, and supported our overall event objectives.

My Contributions
I partnered with our Product Management team to coordinate the session content and logistics with our internal speaker, ensuring alignment with our overall messaging and audience needs.

In collaboration with the Marketing Communications team, I helped develop targeted promotional materials designed to build awareness and drive attendance. We applied best practices from previous events—refining our outreach strategy and timing to maximize impact.

Our efforts resulted in a packed session, with all seats filled and additional attendees standing. Following the event, we capitalized on this engagement by inviting attendees to a follow-up webinar, extending the conversation and deepening interest in our solutions.
